About Us

Iva Babić, Lawyer

Iva started her legal practice in 2015 and, after many years of work in law firms, in 2023 she founded her own independent law office in Zagreb, at Ulica kralja Zvonimirova 58. Iva is an experienced lecturer on legal topics, a registered mediator with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Croatia and is continuously further developing her legal skills.

Iva provides consulting and representation services to domestic and foreign clients in civil and commercial law, labor law, family law and debt collection. Her area of ​​work also includes legal support for foreign citizens in the Republic of Croatia in terms of regulating temporary and permanent residence, acquiring citizenship and acquiring real estate.

Sebastijan Brica, Law trainee

Sebastijan holds a university Master of Laws with a solid theoretical foundation and experience working in legal clinics during his university education providing legal assistance. He works as a legal intern in the office and actively participates in all daily legal matters under mentorship.

His work consists of researching complex legal issues, preparing submissions and letters, providing support in preparing for hearings and attending them. He also stands out for his thoroughness, analytical approach to problem solving and knowledge of foreign languages.
